Associate Monitor for Supervision

Chief Durham (Ret) is the associate monitor for Supervision. He is the former Chief of Police of the Richmond Police Department in Richmond, Virginia. Until late 2023, he was the Director of Security and Investigations for the National Football League responsible security operations for NFL football clubs and stadiums, monitoring and oversight of security and fan best practices at stadiums, investigating internal personal conduct policy violations of players and employees. Chief Durham was responsible for security operations planning for the International Series Games in London, Mexico City and Munich.

Chief Durham served 25 years with the Metropolitan Police Department in Washington, DC, rising to the rank of Executive Assistant Chief prior to his appointment as Chief of Police in Richmond. Chief Durham earned an Associate degree from the University of the District of Columbia and is a graduate of the FBI National Executive Institute, the Federal Bureau of Investigations National Academy, and the George Washington University Center for Excellence.
