Public Comments Public Hearing: March 11, 2025 at 5:00-7:00 pm CT
The Court convened a virtual public hearing on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, to receive public testimony regarding the Consent Decree. Community members who provide feedback may focus on any issues of their choosing. Persons who wish to speak, either in-person or virtually, must register by 4:30 pm on Monday, March 10, 2025. The Court will call speakers in the order that they register until all speakers have been called or until time runs out.
To ensure a fair and orderly process, any person or entity that wishes to provide oral or written comments must comply with the procedures set out in the Court’s corresponding Order.
