The Court will convene a virtual public hearing on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, to hear about public comments. Members of the public may listen in to the status conference via Zoom (link: https://afslaw.zoom.us/j/96173711584; phone: 13126266799,,96173711584#). Persons who wish to speak virtually must register by 4:30 pm on Monday, June 9, 2025. The Court will call speakers in the order that they register until all speakers have been called or until time runs out. You can register for the Public Hearing here.
To ensure a fair and orderly process, any person or entity that wishes to provide oral or written comments must comply with the procedures set out in the Court’s corresponding Order.
